When we started making our Garlic & Herb seasoning, we knew a lot of people might not know what to expect.  A lot of the garlic and herb seasonings we tried tasted like a dusty old spice cabinet and we wanted something that tasted fresh and exciting and reminded us of the kinds of flavors we could get in amazing Mediterranean food.  So we started with a blend of classic herbs, like oregano and basil, but then we added sea salt, two types of lemon (lemon peel and juice), and a bit of red chili flakes for a tiny touch of heat.  The result is one of the most versatile seasonings we’ve ever made.  It works great on chicken, fish, pork, veggies, and beef and we think you’re going to love it.
