What Does the Assorted Greenery Contain?

The Assorted Greenery package will include two to four of the following varieties of floral greenery, depending on season and availability: Bear Grass, Silver Dollar Eucalyptus, Ruscus, Lemon Leaf and Feather Eucalyptus.  Each bunch will arrive with 10 stems and is individually sleeved to ensure protection during shipping.

When Should I Order the Assorted Greenery for My Event?

It is suggested that you order between seven and 30 days in advance to allow for order processing and arrange for your assorted greenery to arrive two days before your event.  For Sunday events, please arrange for a Thursday delivery.  For Monday events, please choose a Friday delivery.  Additionally, please ensure that you or someone else will be present and able to accept the flowers on the delivery date of your choice.  

How Do I Care for Bulk Greenery?

When you receive your greenery, it may appear wilted as a result of going without water for over 24 hours during shipping.  The initial hydration process will revive your greenery--but this initial hydration is vital to preserve the flowers' optimum freshness and appearance.  To do so, unpack flowers immediately upon receipt.  Fill a clean container with fresh, cool water and add flower food.  Before adding greenery, use scissors or a knife to remove the bottom one-half inch of the stem as well as any foliage that will fall below the waterline of the container.  Then, add Assorted Greenery to your container and keep in a cool location--avoid direct sunlight.  After this initial process, change the water and re-cut stems every three days as needed to preserve their health and appearance.

Flower Care and Conditioning

These flowers are shipped dry and may appear "wilted" when you first receive them. This is natural, as they have been without water for over 24 hours and are very thirsty. The initial hydration process is imperative so your flowers are at optimum freshness and appearance.

Care Guidelines

Unpack flowers immediately upon arrival

Fill a clean container/vase with fresh cool water and add flower food provided

Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline of your container

Using a sharp knife or scissors, make a clean cut of at least 1/2" off the end of the stem

Place the flowers in the prepared container

This product does not include flower food

Do not place flowers in direct sunlight and keep in a cool location

Change water and re-cut stems every 3 days

Important Delivery Information:

Sam's Club uses FedEx or UPS for priority overnight delivery service.

It's recommended to have someone available to receive your order on the delivery date. This will ensure that your order is not left at the doorstep or sent back for next day delivery.

For metropolitan areas deliveries arrive between 8am and 12pm. For Suburban or rural areas deliveries arrive between 8am to 4:30pm.

Shipments may be delayed by weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as US Custom Holds or weather which could result in shipping and/or delivery dates being modified. Please check your tracking number and contact FedEx or UPS for delivery holds or pick up options concerning weather delays.

Although your order will be shipped overnight, please allow a minimum of 7 days for the handling and shipping process.

No deliveries can be made on Monday, Saturday or Sunday. Holiday schedules may differ from regular shipping schedules i.e. Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, etc.

Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

To assure optimum freshness, different varieties may be substituted based on availability. In making substitutions, we take great care to ensure that we exceed your expectations, and that you will be satisfied with the flower quality and performance.

Cancellations must be received 7 business days before your scheduled delivery date.
