How to use:

For best results start with clean, dry nails after removing any existing polish. Apply one coat of Hoopla's Before base coat to protect, hydrate and prevent chipping of the nails. Wait two minutes. Next apply your choice of Hoopla Pocket Polish by painting from cuticle to the tip of the nail in even strokes. Repeat this step after waiting one to two minutes between coats. Let nails rest for two minutes, then finish with an application of Hoopla's After, fast drying top coat.
